If you pay enough UK tax, we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give, at no extra cost to you.

Use this form for your donations to 3Eighteen, including regular gifts and gifts made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Your declaration covers eligible donations made in the past four years and future gifts. You can cancel it at any time.

If you already have a valid Gift Aid declaration with us, you do not need to complete another one.
